目的:检测环氧化酶2(Cox-2)与X染色体连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)在唾液腺腺样囊性癌(ACC)与黏液表皮样癌(MEC)中的表达,探讨两者在唾液腺恶性肿瘤发生、发展中的作用及相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测95例唾液腺恶性肿瘤(包括50例ACC、45例MEC)、10例多形性腺瘤及10例正常唾液腺组织中Cox-2和XIAP的表达情况,使用SPSS17.0软件包对数据进行统计学处理。结果:Cox-2、XIAP在唾液腺恶性肿瘤中高表达,在多形性腺瘤和正常唾液腺组织中不表达或低表达。Cox-2、XIAP的表达与唾液腺恶性肿瘤组织临床分期和远处转移呈正相关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤部位无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:Cox-2和XIAP在唾液腺恶性肿瘤中高表达,可能在唾液腺恶性肿瘤发生、发展过程中具有重要作用。
Objective: To detect the expression of cyclooxygenase 2 (Cox-2) and X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein (XIAP) in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) and mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC) The occurrence and development of salivary gland malignant tumor and their correlation. Methods: The expressions of Cox-2 and XIAP in 95 cases of salivary gland malignancies (including 50 cases of ACC and 45 cases of MEC), 10 cases of pleomorphic adenoma and 10 cases of normal salivary gland tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method using SPSS17. 0 package for statistical data processing. Results: Cox-2 and XIAP were highly expressed in salivary gland malignant tumors and not expressed or expressed in pleomorphic adenoma and normal salivary gland tissues. The expression of Cox-2 and XIAP was positively correlated with the clinical stage and distant metastasis of salivary gland tumor (P <0.05), but not with the tumor site (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Cox-2 and XIAP are highly expressed in salivary gland malignant tumors and may play an important role in the development and progression of salivary gland malignant tumors.
