目的:探讨雌激素受体(ER)和E-钙黏蛋白(E-Cad)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义研究。方法:采用Western-blot技术检测子宫内膜癌30例,子宫内膜不典型增生10例,增生期子宫内膜10例标本中ER及E-cad的表达水平,分析二者与不同临床病理指标的关系。结果:(1)ER、E-Cad在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于增生期子宫内膜及子宫内膜不典型增生组织,三者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。(2)ER、E-Cad在子宫内膜癌中的表达随临床分期增高、组织分化降低、深肌层浸润、有淋巴结转移其阳性表达率呈下降趋势(P<0.01),而与子宫内膜癌患者的年龄无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:在子宫内膜癌中ER和E-cad阳性表达率下降,且二者的表达呈正相关,提示二者共同参与子宫内膜癌变过程,在子宫内膜癌发生中发挥协同作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of estrogen receptor (ER) and E-Cadherin (E-cadherin) in endometrial carcinoma. Methods: Western blotting was used to detect the expression of ER and E-cadherin in 30 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 10 cases of endometrial dysplasia and 10 cases of proliferative endometrium, and to analyze the relationship between them and different clinicopathological parameters Relationship. Results: (1) The positive rates of ER and E-Cad in endometrial carcinoma were significantly lower than those in proliferative endometrium and endometrial dysplasia (P <0.01) . (2) The expression of ER and E-cad in endometrial carcinoma with the clinical stage increased, tissue differentiation decreased, deep myometrial invasion, with lymph node metastasis showed a downward trend (P <0.01), while with the intrauterine There was no correlation between the age of MCC patients (P> 0.05). Conclusions: The positive rate of ER and E-cad in endometrial carcinoma is decreased, and the expression of ER and E-cad is positively correlated, suggesting that the two are involved in the process of endometrial carcinogenesis and play a synergistic role in the pathogenesis of endometrial carcinoma.
