microRNA是生物体内一类长度19~24个核苷酸的非编码小分子单链RNA,通过与目的基因mRNA的3’端非编码区互补配对,引起mRNA直接降解或转录后翻译抑制,因影响目的蛋白表达,从而影响细胞凋亡、增殖与分化等生物学行为。miR-133a在多种肿瘤中均有异常表达,与肿瘤细胞的侵袭、转移和增殖等生物学行为密切相关,可作为肿瘤早期诊断、治疗靶点或预后监测的指标。本文就miR-133a在肿瘤发生、发展过程中的研究进展作一综述。
MicroRNA is a kind of non-coding small molecule single-stranded RNA with length of 19-24 nucleotides. It interacts with the non-coding region of 3 ’end of mRNA of target gene to cause direct degradation of mRNA or inhibition of translation after transcription. Target protein expression, thus affecting the apoptosis, proliferation and differentiation of biological behavior. miR-133a is abnormally expressed in a variety of tumors and is closely related to the biological behaviors such as invasion, metastasis and proliferation of tumor cells, which can be used as an indicator of tumor early diagnosis, treatment target or prognosis monitoring. This article reviews the progress of miR-133a in tumorigenesis and progression.
