探讨宣发膜原方对CIA的治疗机理 ,为研究RA的发病和损伤机理提供实验依据。以CIA作为RA的动物模型 ,对比研究宣发膜原方和雷公藤制剂对CIA大鼠免疫指标的影响。宣发膜原方和雷公藤制剂都可以减轻CIA大鼠病理损伤 ,增加血清中IFN γ ,降低TNF α和抗CII抗体 ,并且雷公藤制剂对CIA的治疗效果不如宣发膜原方作用快。宣发膜原法能够减轻CIA病理损伤 ,调节CIA大鼠免疫功能。
To investigate the therapeutic mechanism of the original prescription of the hair mask on CIA, and to provide experimental evidence for the study of the pathogenesis and damage mechanism of RA. Using CIA as an animal model of RA, the effects of the original prescription of membrane extension and Tripterygium wilfordii preparation on the immune index of CIA rats were compared. Xuan Fa Fang Fang and Tripterygium wilfordii preparations can all reduce the pathological injury of CIA rats, increase serum IFN γ, and reduce TNFα and anti-CII antibodies. The treatment effect of Tripterygium wilfordii preparation on CIA is not as fast as that of the original film. The original method of hair mask can reduce the pathological damage of CIA and regulate the immune function of CIA rats.
