为了全面、客观地反映慢性镉中毒时肾脏的病理学改变、本实验用透射电镜观察并结合形态计量法研究了慢性镉中毒小鼠肾小球的超微结构。结果表明:肾小球(特别是滤过屏障三层结构)明显受损。包括毛细血管内皮细胞肿胀、增厚;血管系膜增生;血管球基膜增厚、基膜和内皮细胞之间有电子致密物沉积;足细胞次级突起间裂孔缩小、裂孔膜变薄。从形态学方面考虑,认为慢性镉中毒时肾小球超微结构的改变与膜性增生肾小球肾炎的病理特征相似。
In order to comprehensively and objectively reflect the pathological changes of kidneys in chronic cadmium poisoning, the ultrastructure of glomeruli in mice with chronic cadmium poisoning was observed by transmission electron microscopy and morphometry. The results show that glomeruli, especially the three-layer structure of the filtration barrier, are significantly impaired. Including capillary endothelial cell swelling, thickening; mesangial hyperplasia; thickening of the vascular basement membrane, basement membrane and endothelial cell deposition of electron-dense material; podocyte secondary projections between the hole narrowing, thinning of the hiatus. From morphological considerations, that the changes in the ultrastructure of glomerular ultrastructures of chronic cadmium poisoning and membranous proliferative glomerulonephritis are similar to the pathological features.
