浙江省温州市实验中学李云吾高级教师、林章二级教师回答:美国凯瑟琳·福斯纳特指出:“学习是一种建构的活动,教学是强化与丰富发展的促进性过程。”教师应该理性、自觉地参与到自己的教学反思行为中去,像医生反省病人呈现出来的症状和其它问题一样,诊断教学中的不满意症状,从而调整教学方法。
Senior Teacher Li Yunwu and Senior Teacher Lin Zhang from Wenzhou Experimental High School, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, responded: “The study is a constructive activity, and teaching is a promotional process that strengthens and enriches development.” Teacher Should rationally and consciously participate in their own reflection on teaching behavior, like doctors reflect on the symptoms presented by the patient and other problems, the diagnosis of teaching unsatisfactory symptoms, and thus adjust the teaching methods.
