本文对中药望江南(Cassia occidentaiis L)进行了染色体计数和染色体组型分析。结果表明;望江南的染色体数目为2n=28;在14对同源染色体中,除第1、2两对为近中部着丝点外,其余均为中部着丝点染色体;染色体的绝对长度在1.29~2.67微米之间,相对长度在5.11%~10.57%之间。望江南的染色体组型公式为:K(2n)=28=24m+4sm。本实验为中药望江南的药材鉴别,在染色体水平上,提供了更准确的细胞学依据。
In this paper, the chromosome number and karyotype analysis of Cassia occidentaiis L were performed. The results showed that the number of chromosomes in the south of Wangjiang River was 2n=28. Among the 14 pairs of homologous chromosomes, except for the first and the second pair, the centromere centrosomes were located in the two pairs; the absolute length of the chromosomes was Between 1.29 and 2.67 microns, the relative length is between 5.11% and 10.57%. The karyotype formula of Wang Jiangnan is: K(2n)=28=24m+4sm. This experiment provided a more accurate cytological basis for the identification of herbs in the Jiangnan south of the Chinese medicine.
