对胡麻11个亲本材料的10个主要性状的配合力采用不完全双列杂交方法,测定和估算亲本各性状一般配合力相对效应、特殊配合力相对效应、群体配合力方差以及亲本各性状的广义遗传力和狭义遗传力。结果表明:各亲本、组合的主要性状都表现有显著在极显著的基因型差异,一般配合力方差和特殊配合力方差亦达显著或极显著水平。
The combining ability of 10 main traits of 11 parents of flax was determined by incomplete diallel cross method. The relative effects of general combining ability, the relative combining ability, the variance of combining ability and the generalized traits of parents were measured and estimated. Heritability and narrow heritability. The results showed that the main traits of parents and combinations showed significantly significant genotypic differences, and the variance of general combining ability and special combining ability also reached significant or extremely significant level.
