采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备掺银锐钛矿型TiO2溶胶,通过浸渍提拉法在载玻片表面涂膜,并在较低温度下进行热处理(250℃),获得Ag-TiO2复合薄膜。考察热处理温度、掺银量等影响因素,研究复合薄膜的光学性能、光催化性能和抗菌性能,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)等分析测试手段进行表征。结果表明:随热处理温度的升高,TiO2的结晶度提高,并在500℃逐渐由锐钛矿型向金红石型转变,复合薄膜表面的TiO2颗粒形貌由不规则形状依次转变为球形、方形等规则形状,当热处理温度为250℃时,复合薄膜具有较好的光催化活性;随着掺银量的提高,复合膜的光催化活性先增大后减小,当银含量为3at%~5at%时,复合薄膜具有较好的光催化活性及抗菌性能。
The silver-doped anatase TiO2 sol was prepared by sol-gel process. The surface of glass slides were coated by dip-coating method and heat-treated at 250 ℃ under low temperature to obtain Ag-TiO2 composite films. The effects of heat treatment temperature, the amount of silver doping and other factors were investigated. The optical, photocatalytic and antibacterial properties of the composite films were investigated. XRD, TEM, SEM and UV - Vis spectra UV-Vis) analysis and testing methods such as characterization. The results show that the crystallinity of TiO2 increases with the increase of the heat treatment temperature and gradually changes from anatase to rutile at 500 ℃. The morphology of TiO2 particles changes from irregular shape to spherical shape, square shape and so on When the temperature is 250 ℃, the composite film has good photocatalytic activity. With the increase of silver content, the photocatalytic activity of the composite film first increases and then decreases. When the silver content is 3 at% ~ 5at %, The composite film has good photocatalytic activity and antibacterial properties.
