本研究应用注入腺苷前质——硫酸腺嘌呤复制大鼠心脏预处理模型,通过与经典的预处理对比观察,探讨其机制,结果表明,两种方式的预处理是通过心肌CAT,5’-NT活性、血清NO含量的提高、降低心肌MDA含量与促进HSP70mRNA表达增强而显示预处理效应。
In this study, adenosine preconditioning-adenosine sulfate was injected into rat cardiac preconditioning model, and compared with classical preconditioning, the mechanism was investigated. The results showed that the two preconditioning methods were performed by myocardial CAT, 5 ’ -NT activity, the increase of serum NO content, the decrease of myocardial MDA content and the enhancement of HSP70mRNA expression showed the pretreatment effect.
