临床资料我院1980~1989年共收治妊娠期肝内胆汁郁积症2l例,年龄2l~28岁,病前无肝炎接触史。9例误诊为病毒性肝炎收传染科。初产妇15例,经产妇6例。既往有死胎死产史4例。2l例中７例自然分娩活婴,3例自然分娩死胎(2例并产后出血)2例死胎引产,5例因宫缩无力或胎音微弱行剖腹产——活婴,2例早产,2例自动出院未来院生产。21例首发症状为皮肤搔痒,后现黄疽。症状出现最早时间为妊娠3月,最晚时间为妊娠8月。前次妊娠有郁
