0引言吴淞口至浏河口水域位于长江上海段的上游,属宝山海事局管辖,是所有进出长江及沿岸港口船舶的必经之地。上海港最大的散货码头和邮船码头都在此水域,航行船舶密度较高,是船舶发生事故较多的区域之一。通过对吴淞口至浏河口水域通航环境、航行规则与航路设置的分析,本文提出相应的通航安全管理建议,以期使航行规则及航路设置能更符合航行实际与 0 Introduction Wusongkou to Liuhe Estuary waters are located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River in Shanghai, Baoshan Bureau of Maritime Affairs under the jurisdiction of all the access to the Yangtze River and coastal ports must pass through the ship.
