在如图所示的钢板轧制系统中,因两组轧辊之间相距较远,往往产生数个~数百Hz的振动,于是恶化钢板表面质量;如果在两组轧辊之间设置一些滚动装置,虽能抑制振动,但滚动体也会损伤工件表面,所以必需采用非接触抑振。磁力抑振法是在移动的钢板上下设置电磁铁,由传感器测得的振动信号,反馈给电磁控制器,可是通过电磁铁磁力的作用,抑制钢板的振动。因电磁铁、传感器均不接触钢板,故不会划伤钢板表面。
