项目成本控制是施工企业财务管理的重要组成部分。公司针对前几年存在的组织层次多,管理粗放,成本观念淡薄,费用开支无约束等问题,将项目部作为成本控制中心,以贯彻落实责任成本管理为切入点,狠抓成本费用组成的四项重点(劳、材、机、费),建立了四项制度,坚持四项原则。实践表明,这些制度和措施对提高企业经济效益发挥了积极作用。
