自1979年11月～1983年4月对我院50例不同类型的肾脏病患者进行了肾活组织检查,其中肾病综合征29例,急、慢性肾小球肾炎和其他各类型肾炎21例。我们认为肾活组织检查有助于提高临床诊断的正确性,对判断预后有参考价值。文中指出必需正确掌握肾穿刺的适应证,强调了术前的准备工作、安全措施及操作时正确定位的重要性。
From November 1979 to April 1983 in our hospital of 50 cases of different types of kidney disease patients with renal biopsy, including nephrotic syndrome in 29 cases, acute and chronic glomerulonephritis and 21 cases of other types of nephritis. We believe that renal biopsy can help improve the correctness of clinical diagnosis, the prognosis of reference value. The paper pointed out the need to correctly grasp the indications of renal biopsy, emphasizing the preoperative preparation, safety measures and the importance of proper positioning during operation.
