随着社会发展,经济总量不断增加,国有企业作为国民支柱企业,在我国经济中占据主导地位,但是随着经济发展,国有企业的人才活力并没有随之上升,反而日益下降,所以对国有企业改革已经是重中之重。随着改革的进行,国有企业之中的问题也随之出现,其中,国企人才活力的问题是重中之重。国有企业经过这六七十年的发展,管理方法落后,缺乏创新,企业人才活力缺乏,这些都是要解决的问题。在这篇文章之中,笔者对怎样激发国企人才活力这个问题进行探讨,对国有企业内部的现状进行说明,并根据实际情况提出一些可行的建议来改变现状,通过促进创新来解决人才活力的问题,促进国有企业向前发展。
