利用免疫组织化学超敏SP法检测SD大鼠摘除卵巢及外源性17β-雌二醇治疗后大脑皮质和海马中Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达的变化。结果显示,摘除双侧卵巢后,大鼠大脑皮质和海马中Bcl-2不同程度降低,而Bax的表达出现不同程度的上升,17β-雌二醇治疗后,2种蛋白的表达基本恢复正常。表明雌激素能够不同程度的上调大脑皮质和海马中Bcl-2蛋白的表达,下调Bax蛋白的表达,从而对大脑皮质及海马神经元具有保护作用。
The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in cerebral cortex and hippocampus of SD rats after ovariectomized and exogenous 17β-estradiol treatment were detected by immunohistochemical hypersensitivity SP method. The results showed that after ovariectomy, the level of Bcl-2 in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus of rats decreased to some extent, while the expression of Bax increased to some extent. After 17β-estradiol treatment, the expression of the two proteins returned to normal. These results indicate that estrogen can up-regulate the expression of Bcl-2 protein and down-regulate the expression of Bax protein in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus to different degrees, which has the protective effect on the cerebral cortex and hippocampal neurons.
