目的 :进一步验证作者自行设计的胶体金 -辣根过氧化物酶 -雌二醇 (CG- HRP- E2 )标记组织内雌激素受体技术的可靠性和准确性。方法 :采用 CG- HRP- E2 与酶联雌二醇 (E2 - HRP)法、单克隆抗体免疫组化法 ,通过电子显微镜在细胞超微结构水平上研究了子宫内膜组织内的雌激素受体。结果 :3种方法标记的雌激素受体主要分布在细胞核内 ,少部分分布在胞质中 ,其结果完全是一致的。本技术可在细胞超微结构水平上对组织内雌激素受体进行精确的定位和定量研究
OBJECTIVE: To further verify the reliability and accuracy of the estrogen receptor technology in colloidal gold-horseradish peroxidase-estradiol (CG-HRP-E2) tissue designed by the authors. Methods: The estrogen receptor in endometrial tissue was studied by electron microscopy and electron microscopy at the level of cellular ultrastructure by using CG-HRP-E2 and E2-HRP method and monoclonal antibody immunohistochemistry body. Results: The three methods labeled estrogen receptors are mainly distributed in the nucleus, and a small part of the distribution in the cytoplasm, the results are completely consistent. This technique allows accurate localization and quantitative studies of estrogen receptors in tissues at the cellular ultrastructure level
