利用发明专利信息,对山药Dioscoreae Rhizoma的开发现状进行了分析。首先利用Espacenet及世界传统药物专利数据库收集专利信息。之后借助Python、R语言、SQLite等工具,对收集的专利信息进行筛选、整理、统计、分析、可视化等操作。得到了专利数据中反映山药的开发形势、趋势、国际格局及功能偏好、配伍偏好等方面的信息。从发明专利的视角可以看出,山药的开发目前处于发展初期;中国大陆对其开发投入很多,其他地域的投入较少;中国大陆的国际专利申请量最多;美国吸引的外地专利申请最多;专利申请涉及最多的是山药对消化系统疾病、代谢疾病和全身保护或抗毒剂等方面的治疗作用,具体的功能有助消化、治疗高血糖症、提高免疫力;其主要配伍思路有甘温益气、补脾益气等。
