用沉淀-浸渍法制备固体超强酸催化剂Fe2O3/SO42-,并以餐饮业废弃油脂为原料将该催化剂用于生物柴油的合成。考察了催化剂制备条件对生物柴油产率的影响。结果表明,制备固体超强酸Fe2O3/SO42-的H2SO4浓度为0.75 mol/L、于500℃下煅烧5 h;用该催化剂制备生物柴油,在反应温度为70℃,醇油摩尔比为25∶1,催化剂用量为油重的2%,反应时间为10 h的最佳工艺条件下,生物柴油产率可达95.4%。催化剂使用1、2、3、4、5次的平均产率达94.3%。
The solid superacid catalyst Fe2O3 / SO42- was prepared by precipitation-impregnation method, and the catalyst was used in the synthesis of biodiesel from waste oil in the restaurant industry. The effects of catalyst preparation conditions on the yield of biodiesel were investigated. The results showed that the concentration of H2SO4 in the preparation of solid superacid Fe2O3 / SO42- was 0.75 mol / L and calcined at 500 ℃ for 5 h. The biodiesel was prepared with this catalyst. The reaction temperature was 70 ℃ and the molar ratio of alcohol to oil was 25:1 , Catalyst dosage is 2% of oil weight and reaction time is 10 h, the yield of biodiesel can reach 95.4%. The average yields of the catalysts for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 times were 94.3%.
