目的调查东莞市企业员工无偿献血现状及认知状况。方法采用自制的问卷调查表对852名东莞市企业员工进行调查,对调查结果进行分析比较。结果支持国家无偿献血政策占96.48%,支持自身及家人进行无偿献血占88.50%,无偿献血后需提供奖励和答谢(免费用血和积分入学入户)占77.90%,而有献血经历的只占12.21%。重复献血者的无偿献血年龄阶段、每次的献血量、两次无偿献血间隔时间≥6个月、免费用血的优惠政策、无偿献血不会影响健康、无偿献血不会传染疾病、血液占人体体质量8%、无偿献血可促进机体造血功能、无偿献血前应清淡饮食、无偿献血后避免剧烈运动所占比例均明显高于首次献血者(均P<0.05)。结论东莞市企业员工对无偿献血持有积极的态度,但缺乏无偿献血的实际行动。需加强无偿献血相关知识宣传,改进招募策略,以促使更多的企业员工加入到献血队伍中来。
Objective To investigate the status quo and cognitive status of unpaid blood donation in Dongguan enterprises. Methods Self-made questionnaires were used to survey 852 employees in Dongguan City, and the results were analyzed and compared. The results support the national policy of non-remunerated blood donation accounted for 96.48%, to support their own families and their blood donation 88.50%, after giving blood donation need to provide reward and acknowledgment (free blood and integral enrollment) accounted for 77.90%, while only blood donation experience 12.21%. The blood donation for the repeat blood donors, the blood donation amount per time, the blood donation interval of two times ≥6months, the preferential policy of free blood donation, the unpaid blood donation will not affect the health, the blood donation will not infect the disease, Body weight 8%, unpaid blood donation can promote the body’s hematopoietic function, should be light before unpaid blood donation, the proportion of strenuous exercise to avoid blood donation was significantly higher than the first donation (all P <0.05). Conclusion Employee in Dongguan City has a positive attitude toward blood donation without compensation, but it lacks practical action of blood donation. Need to strengthen the knowledge of unpaid blood donation to promote recruitment strategies to promote more business employees to join the blood donation team.
