本文探讨了中碳非调质45V,40Mn和40SiMnVS钢的珠光体数量,形貌,分布与韧性的关系,并与45钢的性能进行了对比。结果表明,微量钒增加铁素体数量,轧后冷速也影响铁素体和珠光体的数量,而珠光体的形貌尺寸及其分布对中碳钢的冲击韧又有显著影响。实验数据回归得出了钢的冲击韧性除与C,Mn有关外,还与珠光体区域尺寸及珠光体退化参数有关。
In this paper, the relationship between the number, morphology, distribution and toughness of pearlite in 45C, 40Mn and 40SiMnVS steels with non-quenched and tempered medium carbon was discussed and compared with that of 45 steels. The results show that the amount of ferrite increases with the addition of trace vanadium and the cooling rate after rolling also affects the amount of ferrite and pearlite. The shape and size distribution of pearlite also have a significant impact on the impact toughness of medium carbon steel. The regression of experimental data shows that the impact toughness of steel is related to C and Mn, but also to pearlite size and pearlite degeneration parameters.
