2001年9月我国南北铁路运输主动脉京广线全线实现电气化,其牵引供电系统要求具备高度的可靠性、周密的安全性、完善的自检性及灵活的自适应性。2008年初京广线武广段经受了大冰雪,通过对冰雪前后京广线牵引供电系统可靠性分析,发现其外部电源电压等级、省际交界区段的系统可靠性,以及接触网频繁穿越地方电力线路下方等方面的问题,提出应完善冰雪气候条件下设备巡视制度,在突发故障中,快速自动地更改调整参数和远动通道的可靠性。
In September 2001, electrification of the Beijing-Guangzhou line of north-south railway transport aisles in China was completed. The traction power supply system required a high level of reliability, thorough safety, perfect self-checking and flexible adaptability. In early 2008, the Wuhan-Guangzhou section of Beijing-Guangzhou line suffered heavy snowfall. By analyzing the reliability of Beijing-Guangzhou line traction power supply system before and after the snowfall, it found that the external power supply voltage level, the system reliability of the inter-provincial boundary section, Power lines and other aspects of the issue, proposed to improve the snow and ice weather conditions patrol system, in a sudden failure, quickly and automatically change the tuning parameters and the reliability of the telecontrol.
