用72只同日龄雄鸡随机区组分成6组,探讨氟铝联合作用。其中四组以2×2析因设计,一组为阳性对照另一组为参比对照。通过测定动物血、骨、粪中氟、铝及其它元素含量及骨组织形态计量学检查,证实:铝是氟的拮抗剂,但拮抗能力有限;氟是铝的促进剂,促其在组织中蓄积及增强其毒性;氟铝联合作用可表现为协同作用,也可表现为独立作用。最后,对联合作用的可能机理及影响因素进行了讨论。
A total of 72 same-day-old rooster chickens were randomly divided into 6 groups to investigate the combination of fluoride and aluminum. Four of them were designed with 2 × 2 factorial design, one was positive control and the other was reference control.
