针对目前矿井风速监测系统存在的检测盲区和传输线路易遭损坏的问题,提出了基于Zigbee技术的井下无线风速监测网络。设计了网络中各类节点的硬件电路,根据矿井巷道的狭长特点,选用了层次型拓扑结构和链簇路由算法,并给出了软件实现流程。实验结果表明,该无线风速监测网络测量误差小、传输可靠,可以和现有的有线网络无缝融合,实现了井下风速监测的全覆盖。
Aiming at the problem that the detection blind zone and the transmission line in the mine wind speed monitoring system are easy to be damaged, a wireless wind speed monitoring network based on Zigbee technology is proposed. The hardware circuits of all kinds of nodes in the network are designed. According to the long and narrow characteristics of mine roadway, hierarchical topology and chain-cluster routing algorithm are selected, and the software implementation process is given. The experimental results show that the wireless wind speed monitoring network has small measurement error, reliable transmission and seamless integration with the existing wired network, achieving full coverage of downhole wind speed monitoring.
