文章以新疆喀什下坂地水利枢纽工程为实例,针对其坝基下部覆盖层渗透性较高的地质特点,为确保坝基渗透控制达到良好效果,在原有工程基础上对坝基采取防渗处理。在对其进行防渗处理设计中,采取了“上墙下幕”的设计形式,并详细论述了混凝土防渗墙和帷幕灌浆施工措施。水利枢纽后期运行表明防渗效果显著,保证了水利枢纽安全运行,为类似条件下防渗工程设计提供了参考依据。
Taking the Xabantian Water Conservancy Project in Kashi, Xinjiang as an example, this paper aims at ensuring the seepage control of the dam foundation to achieve good results in view of the geological characteristics of the higher permeability of the lower dam foundation. The dam foundation is seeded on the basis of the original project. In its design of seepage control, the design form of “curtain on the wall” was adopted, and the construction measures of concrete cutoff wall and curtain grouting were discussed in detail. The late operation of the water control project shows that the anti-seepage effect is remarkable, which ensures the safe operation of the water conservancy project and provides a reference for the seepage control engineering design under similar conditions.
