用水作为引发剂对4个大小等级的菠菜种子进行引发处理,通过幼苗生长测定、电导率测定以及模拟田间试验等比较分析种子活力指标,探索引发处理提高菠菜种子活力的效果。结果表明:去除果皮不利于菠菜种子正常成苗;适宜的水引发处理能明显提高菠菜种子的活力,不同大小等级菠菜种子水引发的适宜浸种及保湿时间有所不同,其中种子直径d<1.7 mm为10 min、24 h;1.7 mm≤d<2.5 mm和2.5 mm≤d<3.0 mm均为20 min、24 h;d≥3.0 mm为30 min2、4 h。
Four kinds of spinach seed were primed by using water as initiator, and seed vigor index was analyzed through seedling growth determination, conductivity measurement and field experiment simulation to explore the effect of initiating treatment to improve spinach seed vigor. The results showed that removal of pericarp was not conducive to the normal seedling formation of spinach seeds. Appropriate water priming treatment could significantly improve the vigor of spinach seeds. The suitable seed soaking time and moisture retention time of spinach seed water with different size classes were different. The seed diameter d was less than 1.7 mm For 10 min, 24 h; 1.7 mm≤d <2.5 mm and 2.5 mm≤d <3.0 mm for 20 min, 24 h; d≥3.0 mm for 30 min2,4 h.
