水量调控是解决流域水资源时空分布不均、防止河道断流的有效途径之一。在分析水量调控系统的基础上,建立了年、月、旬自适应水量调度模型框架。采用自适应控制理论和“总量控制、轨迹跟踪和滚动修正”的方法,建立了多尺度、多用户复杂条件下的流域水量调度模型。以黄河流域2003—2004调度年为例,按照中国国务院分水控制指标,分析年、月、旬3个时间尺度的水量调控过程和实例。结果显示,通过自适应多尺度滚动修正,能够保证调度目标的实现。模型具有可操作性和普适性强的特点。
Water regulation is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of unequal distribution of water resources in time and space and prevent the river from breaking off. Based on the analysis of water regulation system, a model framework of annual, monthly and late adaptive water regulation was established. Using adaptive control theory and “total control, trajectory tracking and rolling correction” method, a multi-scale and multi-user basin water resources scheduling model is established. Taking the 2003-2004 regulation year of the Yellow River Basin as an example, according to the water diversion control index of the State Council of China, the process and examples of water regulation on the three time scales of year, month and ten days are analyzed. The results show that by adaptive multi-scale rolling correction, to achieve the scheduling objectives. The model has the characteristics of operability and universality.
