本文介绍的567电路(包括LM567、SE567和NE567等)的主要功能是:一旦输入信号的频率在它的检测范围内时就能驱动负载工作。该电路具有频率范围宽、中心频率稳定性高,带宽控制极为简单、噪声抑制能力强,具有吸收能力为100μA的输出电流及对脉冲信号有强的抗干扰性等特点。 一、电路构成及工作原理 567电路内部由正交相位检测器、相位检测器、可控电流振荡器以及放大器等构成,见图1所示。
The 567 circuit described in this article (including the LM567, SE567, and NE567, etc.) has the main function of driving the load once the input signal frequency is within its detection range. The circuit has the characteristics of wide frequency range, high center frequency stability, very simple bandwidth control, strong noise rejection, output current of 100μA absorption capacity and strong anti-interference to pulse signals. First, the circuit structure and working principle 567 circuit by the quadrature phase detector, phase detector, controllable current oscillator and amplifier and other components, shown in Figure 1.
