研究了31例肾综合征出血热(HFRS)患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的动态变化。NO、NOS的测定采用酶法,TNF采用放射免疫法。结果发现:HFRS患者从发热期开始血浆NO、NOS和TNF均高于正常水平(P<0.05),并且NO和NOS、NOS和TNF之间均呈正相关(P<0.05~0.01)。上述结果提示NO在HFRS的发病过程中起重要作用,是引起机体损伤的重要因子。
The dynamic changes of plasma levels of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in 31 patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) were studied. NO, NOS determination using enzyme method, TNF using radioimmunoassay. The results showed that plasma NO, NOS and TNF levels in HFRS patients were higher than normal (P <0.05), and there was a positive correlation between NO and NOS, NOS and TNF (P <0.05-0). 01).
