目的利用互联网建立一套科学的疫苗温度监控管理系统。方法在海珠区预防接种门诊的疫苗存储冰箱,安装高精度数字温度传感器(探头),定时探测冰箱实时温度数据,传感器连接区域主机进行统一收集,通过互联网发送到区疾控中心服务平台进行存储和分析。结果疫苗温度监控系统覆盖全区35家预防接种门诊,可24h监控疫苗存放冷链设备的温度动态,低温冰箱温度>-18℃、常温冰箱温度<2℃或>8℃会声光预警并记录预警信息,监测灵敏度、特异度、准确度优于传统方式。系统的可用性达99.9%,每年数据总量达千万条级别,有实时数据、历史数据、报警数据查询、数据报表等功能,可切实保障疫苗的安全存放、发放和接种。结论疫苗温度监控管理系统对实时存放和监控温度数据预警,有较高的灵敏度、特异度和准确度,值得推广使用。
Objective To establish a scientific vaccine temperature monitoring and management system using the Internet. Methods The vaccine storage refrigerator in vaccination clinics in Haizhu District was installed with high-precision digital temperature sensor (probe). The real-time temperature data of the refrigerator was detected regularly. The hosts in the sensor connection area were collected uniformly and sent to the CDC service platform for storage and analysis. Results The vaccine temperature monitoring system covered 35 vaccination clinics in the whole district and could monitor the temperature dynamic of cold chain equipment for storage for 24h. The temperature of low temperature refrigerator was -18 ℃, and the room temperature refrigerator temperature <2 ℃ or> 8 ℃ could alarm and record sound and light Early warning information, monitoring sensitivity, specificity, accuracy is better than traditional methods. The system has an availability of 99.9%, with annual data amounting to 10 million pieces. It has such functions as real-time data, historical data, alarm data query and data reporting, which can effectively guarantee the safe storage, distribution and vaccination of vaccines. Conclusion The vaccine temperature monitoring and management system is capable of early warning of real-time storage and monitoring of temperature data, which has higher sensitivity, specificity and accuracy and is worth promoting.
