霍恩氏法测定上海农药研究所生产的溴敌隆LD_(50)(mg/kg)。大白鼠雄0.681,雌1.260;小白鼠雄0.794,雌1.260。本研究组用上述原药制成含量为0.005%的颗粒性毒饵,进行安全性、接收性试验。农家鸡连续三天共喂食毒饵折合原药6.974mg/kg,家猫连续7天共喂食毒饵毒毙鼠391.88g/kg,家犬连续3天共喂食毒饵17.78g/kg,未发现明显的中毒病态反应。褐家鼠对毒饵与饵料的选择比为1∶0.79~1.10。用毒饵在15000m~2的养鸡场一次饱和量法灭鼠。灭前粉迹法鼠类密度47.7%,灭后第六天2.3%,第八天0.0%;在三农村和一城镇饮食业一次性投药法灭鼠,灭前粉迹法鼠密度31.3%,灭后第十八天2.3%,灭鼠率92.7%。
