对各规格TP2铜管的线速度-电压曲线及其数学模型进行研究分析。结果表明,同规格TP2铜管电压随线速度的增大而增大;直径和线速度一定时,电压与壁厚成正比;壁厚和线速度一定时,电压与直径成反比;线速度-电压曲线数学模型为二次多项式。
The linear velocity-voltage curves and their mathematical models of TP2 copper tubes are studied and analyzed. The results show that the voltage of copper tube with the same size TP2 increases with the increase of linear velocity. When the diameter and linear velocity are constant, the voltage is proportional to the wall thickness. The voltage and diameter are inversely proportional to the wall thickness and linear velocity. The mathematical model of voltage curve is quadratic polynomial.
