为了对复合材料构件的损伤进行检测,阐述了利用同面多电极进行损伤检测的原理,设计了用于复合材料构件损伤检测的同面多电极阵列传感器,采用高精度LCR分析仪作为电容检测设备,利用Lab-view开发了系统软件,制作了复合材料构件损伤试样并对其进行实验研究。初步实验结果表明:当复合材料构件存在损伤时,损伤部位的介电常数发生变化,与无损伤试样相比测得电容值减小,同面多电极阵列传感器对复合材料构件进行损伤检测是可行的。
In order to detect the damage of composite material components, the principle of damage detection using the same surface multi-electrode is described. The same-surface multi-electrode array sensor for damage detection of composite material is designed. The high-precision LCR analyzer is used as the capacitance detection device , The system software was developed by using Lab-view, and the damaged sample of composite material was made and studied experimentally. The preliminary experimental results show that the dielectric constant of the damaged part changes when the composite member is damaged, and the capacitance value decreases compared with the non-damaged sample. The damage detection of the composite member by the same multi-electrode array sensor is feasible.
