根据简化力学分析模型 ,建立了储罐的振动分析方程 .以 10 0 0m3 拱顶罐为例 ,对无控单质点、附加液压阻尼控制系统 (HDS)单质点体系进行了仿真计算 ,通过对比无控与有控时储罐的位移与绝对加速度的时程曲线 ,研究了HDS控制系统对立式钢制圆柱储罐的减震效果 .计算结果表明 :应用HDS控制系统减震效果可达 5 0 %以上 ,并给出了HDS控制系统设计需求的参数适用范围 .
According to the simplified mechanics analysis model, the vibration analysis equation of the tank is established. Taking a 10 000 m3 dome as an example, the single point system with no control element and additional hydraulic damping control system (HDS) is simulated and compared. The time-history curve of the displacement and absolute acceleration of the storage tank with and without control is studied, and the damping effect of the HDS control system on the vertical steel storage tank is studied. The calculation results show that the damping effect of the HDS control system can reach 50 %, And gives the applicable scope of the parameters of HDS control system design requirements.
