目的 :探讨原发性心脏及心包恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗方法。方法 :回顾性分析近 10年收治的 9例原发性心脏及心包恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料 ,并结合文献复习。结果 :经胸部 X线、超声心动图 (U CG)、磁共振成像(MRI)等检查 ,并经病理学检查确定诊断 ,所有病例均行手术治疗 ,4例行开胸探查 ,4例行肿瘤根治切除术 ,1例行肿瘤局部切除。术后早期死亡 1例 ,其余病例均于术后 4年内因病情加重、肿瘤复发和 (或 )转移死亡。结论 :UCG对心腔内肿瘤 ,MRI对心壁及心包肿瘤诊断价值较大 ;确诊仍需依靠病理学检查 ;早期诊断 ,早期手术治疗 ,可能延长患者生命。
Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of primary malignant heart and pericardial malignancies. Methods: The clinical data of 9 patients with primary cardiac and pericardial malignancies treated in the past 10 years were retrospectively analyzed and reviewed with literature review. RESULTS: Chest X-ray, echocardiogram (U CG), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and other examinations were performed to confirm the diagnosis by pathological examination. All cases were treated by surgery. 4 cases underwent thoracotomy and 4 cases underwent tumors. Radical resection was performed. One patient underwent partial resection of the tumor. One patient died early in the postoperative period, and the remaining cases were worsened due to worsening disease, tumor recurrence, and (or) metastasis death within 4 years after surgery. Conclusion : UCG is of great value in the diagnosis of heart and pericardial tumors in patients with intracardiac tumors and MRI. The diagnosis still depends on pathological examination; early diagnosis and early surgical treatment may prolong the patient’s life.
