一个完善的社会保障体系是维护社会稳定、促进经挤发展的需要．我国的社会保障体系有待逐步完善，社会保障制度的改革已是当务之急．本文认为社会保障制度的改革，应以国情为本、制度创新、风险分担、循序渐进为基本思路．经济保障水平要同经济发展水平相适应，考虑国家、企业、个人的承受能力．本文在详细分析我国社会保障的现状的基础上，对改革的重点和难点进行了具体的探讨． A sound social security system is to maintain social stability and promote the development of the demand through the squeeze.
