【摘 要】
：
目的 研究新疆紫草Arnebia euchroma的化学成分.方法 运用硅胶柱色谱、MCI凝胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及制备型HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振、质谱等波谱学方法并结合文献对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定.结果 从该植物干燥根的75％乙醇提取物中分离纯化得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为2-(2\'-烯基-4\'-羟基-环己酮-3\'-基)4-(1“-羟基-4”-甲基-3“-戊烯-1”-基)呋喃(1)、amebinol A(2)和amebinol C(3).结论
