采用硝酸消化、直流氩等离子体火焰发射光谱仪测定出干花豆根中含有20多种微量元素。经氨基酸自动分析仪测出含有游离氨基酸17种。采用间接碘量法对其中多糖进行含量测定,结果表明干花豆根中多糖含量为0.183%,RSD为3.15%。
Nitric acid digestion and direct-current argon plasma flame emission spectrometry were used to determine the content of more than 20 trace elements in dried bean. The amino acid analyzer automatically measured 17 kinds of free amino acids. The indirect iodine method was used to determine the contents of polysaccharides. The results showed that the polysaccharide content in dried bean root was 0.183% and the RSD was 3.15%.
