近年来,我国实行了新课程标准。在新课程标准的背景下,对小学生教育也提高了要求。在小学教育教学的管理方面,的确还有欠缺,很多地区对学生的发展以及其课堂上的主体地位还并不重视。从分析目前存在的一些问题入手,分析我国小学教育教学的管理还应如何改进。
