本文研究82名接触脉冲噪声工龄5年以上,年龄主要为45岁以内的锯木工人脑电图改变。脉冲噪声强度104分贝,平均功率98分贝。采用16道脑电图机,10~20电极放置系统,以额及矢状面记录安静及反应性脑电图。临床诊断中枢神经系统机能障碍(神衰症候群及植物神经功能障碍)者占75%。脑电图改变表现为缺乏有规律的基本节律占被调查者的44%。出现有规律的α节律为56%。14%为α节律很明显的对称性,指数大于75%。23%为α节律指数明
In this paper, 82 EEG changes of sawmill workers exposed to impulse noise for more than 5 years and aged below 45 years old were studied. Pulse noise intensity of 104 decibels, the average power of 98 dB. A 16-channel electroencephalography (EEG) machine and a 10-20 electrode placement system were used to record quiet and reactive EEG in both frontal and sagittal planes. Clinical diagnosis of central nervous system dysfunction (Shen Shen syndrome and autonomic dysfunction) accounted for 75%. EEG changes showed a lack of regular basic rhythm accounted for 44% of respondents. The regular alpha rhythm was 56%. 14% is a very significant α-rhythm symmetry, the index is greater than 75%. 23% for alpha rhythm index
