以600 tex玻璃长丝束为经纱,2 000 tex玄武岩长丝束为纬纱,试织了3种不同梁高的T字形三维整体机织物,并采用VARTM(Vacuum Assistant Resin Transfer Moulding)成型工艺制备成复合材料。测试了3种T字形三维整体机织复合材料的冲击性能。结果表明,梁高为12 mm的材料吸收能量最多,受到的冲击强度最大;梁高为0 mm的材料吸收能量最少,受到的冲击强度最小。不同梁高的T字形三维机织复合材料的破坏模式也各不相同。
Using 600 tex glass filament tow as warp yarn and 2 000 tex basalt filament tow as weft yarn, three T-shaped three-dimensional overall woven fabrics with different beam heights were tested and prepared by VARTM (Vacuum Assistant Resin Transfer Molding) Composites. The impact properties of three T-shaped three-dimensional overall woven composites were tested. The results show that the material with beam height of 12 mm has the highest energy absorption and the highest impact strength. The material with beam height of 0 mm has the least energy absorption and the least impact strength. Different beam height of T-shaped three-dimensional woven composite failure modes are also different.
