截至目前,我国60岁以上老年人数量超过2亿,占总人口的14.9%。预计2020年将达到2.43亿,2025年将突破3亿。“未富先老”、“未备先老”近些年成了形容中国养老现状最常用的词。目前,清华大学就业与社会保障中心发布的《中国老龄社会与养老保障发展报告》显示,我国“老龄社会发展指数”得分仅为52.6,养老准备不及格。养老是关系每个人幸福的民生大事。我们的准备到底缺在哪儿,如何才能让老人过上幸福的晚年生活,已经成为当前社会最受关注的话题之一。
