目的测定金银花九丰一号和中花一号不同花期不同生长部位的药效成分含量,为绿原酸和木犀草苷的提取提供参考。方法按照2015版《中国药典》对临沂产九丰一号和中花一号在不同花期的花和叶中绿原酸、木犀草苷含量进行测定。结果九丰一号幼蕾期到金花期的绿原酸含量大于1.5%,中花一号除幼蕾期的其他时期均在1.5%以上,符合2015版《中国药典》规定;九丰一号只有叶中的木犀草苷含量大于0.050%,中花一号大白期和叶的木犀草苷含量高于0.050%,符合《中国药典》2015年版规定。结论根据绿原酸和木犀草苷含量综合分析,确定中花一号大白期为最佳采收期,确定九丰一号三青期到二白期为最佳采收期,叶中的木犀草苷含量最高,可充分利用金银花的叶以提高资源利用率。
Objective To determine the content of the active ingredients in different growth stages of Jiufeng-1 and Zhonghua-1 of Flos Lonicerae Hops and provide reference for the extraction of chlorogenic acid and luteolin. Methods The contents of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in flowers and leaves at different florescence stages were determined in accordance with the 2015 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”. Results The chlorogenic acid content of Jufeng No.1 from early bud to golden flowering was more than 1.5%, while that of Zhonghua No.1 was above 1.5% except for the early bud stage, which was in accordance with the 2015 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” Only the content of luteolin in leaves was more than 0.050%. The content of luteolin in white flowers and leaves of Zhonghua No.1 was higher than 0.050%, which conformed to the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion According to the comprehensive analysis of chlorogenic acid and luteolin content, the best harvest period of Zhonghua-1 was identified as the best harvesting period. The highest content of glycosides, honeysuckle leaves can be fully utilized to improve resource utilization.
