目的检测碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (basicfibroblastgrowthfactor ,bFGF)和E2 6转录因子 (E2 6transformation specific 1 ,Ets 1 )在原发性卵巢癌中的表达 ,为评估卵巢癌的生物学行为提供新的依据。方法应用免疫组织化学染色方法检测 32例原发性卵巢癌组织中bFGF和Ets 1的表达。结果 (1 )卵巢癌组织中bFGF和Ets 1的表达明显高于癌旁组织 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ;(2 )bFGF和Ets 1的表达与原发性卵巢癌的FIGO分期和组织学分级密切相关 ;(3)有淋巴结转移患者的bFGF和Ets 1表达高于无淋巴结转移患者 (P <0 0 0 5和P <0 0 1 ) ;(4 )癌组织中bFGF和Ets 1的表达密切相关 ,相关系数rs0 785 (P <0 0 1 )。结论bFGF和Ets 1的表达与原发性卵巢癌的生物学行为 (发展和转移等 )有关。
Objective To detect the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and E2 6 transcriptional factor 1 (Ets 1) in primary ovarian cancer and to provide a new basis for assessing the biological behavior of ovarian cancer . Methods The expression of bFGF and Ets 1 in 32 cases of primary ovarian cancer was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results (1) The expression of bFGF and Ets 1 in ovarian cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues (P <0.01). (2) The expression of bFGF and Ets 1 correlated with the FIGO stage and histological score (3) The expression of bFGF and Ets 1 in patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis (P <0 05 and P 0 01). (4) The expression of bFGF and Ets 1 in cancer tissues Closely related, the correlation coefficient rs0 785 (P <0 0 1). Conclusions The expressions of bFGF and Ets 1 are related to the biological behavior (development and metastasis) of primary ovarian cancer.
