近年来,我国钢铁工业处于高速发展阶段。全国钢、生铁、钢材的产量年增量在20％左右。2006年全国钢产量达到4．18亿吨,占世界总产量的三分之一以上。但是,中国钢铁工业的发展受到资源短缺和环境保护要求逐渐严格等方面的制约。要克服这些制约,钢铁企业就要发展循环经济。可以说,发展循环经济是钢铁企业走可持续发展的必由之路。1．钢铁企业发展循经济的内涵
In recent years, China’s steel industry is in a period of rapid development. National steel, pig iron, steel output increased by about 20% annually. In 2006, the national steel output reached 418 million tons, accounting for more than one third of the world’s total output. However, the development of China’s steel industry is constrained by the shortage of resources and the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements. To overcome these constraints, steel companies must develop a recycling economy. It can be said that the development of recycling economy is the only way for steel enterprises to go for sustainable development. 1.
