Determination of trace gold on the geological, metallurgical, chemical sector has an important practical significance. At present, graphite furnace atomic absorption method generally requires pre-extraction, coprecipitation, ion exchange, reversed-phase chromatography separation and enrichment. Although the absolute sensitivity is very high, the relative sensitivity of the injection volume is limited due to the small injection volume. Moreover, the separation operation is cumbersome and the use of more chemical reagents tends to introduce larger errors.
