目的:观察参地降糖颗粒对具有胰岛素抵抗(IR)伴高血压模型高果糖大鼠胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法:用6周龄的雄性SD大鼠,分别以标准餐(正常对照组)和高果糖(实验组)喂养6周,实验组又分为实验对照组和中药实验组;用ATPase染色法对骨骼肌纤维成分进行分析。结果:参地降糖颗粒对高果糖大鼠的收缩压无明显改善作用;对胰岛素敏感性指标有明显提高作用;对两种骨骼肌成分有显著影响,即Ⅰ型骨骼肌纤维成分增加,Ⅱ型骨骼肌纤维成分减少。结论:参地降糖颗粒对高果糖大鼠的胰岛素抵抗有明显改善作用,即通过改善骨骼肌纤维成分的变化而提高胰岛素的敏感性,提示胰岛素抵抗产生的机制之一可能是骨骼肌纤维成分的变化。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Shendi Jiangtang Granule on the insulin sensitivity of insulin-resistant (IR) hypertensive rat model with high fructose. METHODS: Six-week-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed with standard meal (normal control group) and high fructose (experimental group) for 6 weeks. The experimental group was divided into experimental control group and traditional Chinese medicine experimental group; ATPase staining method was used. Skeletal muscle fiber composition was analyzed. RESULTS: Shendi Jiangtang Granules had no significant effect on the systolic blood pressure of rats with high fructose, but had a significant effect on the insulin sensitivity index. It had a significant effect on two kinds of skeletal muscle components, ie, the type I skeletal muscle fibers increased, type II Skeletal muscle fiber components are reduced. Conclusion: Shendi Jiangtang Granules can significantly improve the insulin resistance of rats with high fructose, that is, improve the sensitivity of insulin by improving the changes of skeletal muscle fiber components, suggesting that one of the mechanisms of insulin resistance may be the change of skeletal muscle fiber composition. .
