The most prominent ones are the change of the relationship between mother and daughter and the weakening of family pension functions. On the basis of reviewing and arranging the existing literatures, this paper describes the different forms of the relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law at different stages and proposes a framework for interpreting multivariate factors such as cultural and economic factors, social factors, population and institutional factors, The relationship between the mother-in-law and the mother-in-law relationship is pointed out.
