本文作者主要通过问卷调查和深入企业用人单位实地调查的方法获取了第一手资料,并在此基础上分析了营销专业教育存在的主要问题,以及营销专业改革对大学就业的影响,由此得出结论:专业知识是营销类毕业生就业的先决条件,实践经历和能力水平成为影响大学生就业的重要因素,同时提出了有针对性的改进措施和建议。
The author of this article obtained first-hand information mainly through questionnaires and in-depth surveys of corporate employers. Based on this analysis, the main problems in marketing professional education and the impact of marketing professional reform on university employment were analyzed. Conclusion: Professional knowledge is a prerequisite for the employment of marketing graduates, and the practical experience and ability level have become important factors affecting the employment of university graduates. At the same time, they have put forward targeted improvement measures and suggestions.
